Mishawn Purnell-O’Neal is an experienced trainer, lecturer and public health professional.  She holds a Masters in Public Health and throughout the last decade has served an Adjunct Faculty within several Colleges and Universities throughout Illinois.
She has contributed her expertise to a variety of conferences and trainings:
